Do you charge for a measure and quote?
No. The in-home measure and quote are free. Kyle measures on the day and you get a fixed written quote, with no obligation.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we are fully mobile. We bring the samples to your home so you can see fabrics and finishes in your own light, which is where they will actually hang.
Who measures and installs the job?
Kyle, the owner, measures and installs every job himself. The person who quotes your blinds is the person who fits them.
What areas do you cover?
Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Hunter, and Port Stephens. We are based in Warners Bay.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product. Zip screens are usually 3 to 4 weeks from measure to install, and we give you clear lead times with every quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 5 year warranty.
Can I buy supply only?
Yes. We offer full supply and install, or supply only if you prefer to fit them yourself.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We supply and install blinds, shutters, awnings and curtains for homes and commercial properties.
